Individual

  • BVN
  • Utility bill or Bank Statement not older than 6 (six) months.
  • Valid Means of Identification
  • Passport Photograph

Starter Business

  • Utility bill or Bank Statement not older than 6 (six) months.
  • Valid Means of Identification
  • BVN
  • Business Registration Document (CAC Certificate)
  • CAC Status Report

Registered Business

  • Business Registration Document (CAC Certificate)
  • Tax Identification Number
  • CAC Business Number (RC/BN)
  • Proof of Business Address (Utility bill or Bank Statement not older than 6 (six) months).
  • Valid Means of Identification of 2 Directors
  • BVN of the 2 Directors
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • CAC2 & CAC7
  • CAC Status Report
  • Applicable Business License

Non-Governmental Organization

  • Registration Document (CAC Certificate of Incorporation)
  • Board Resolution
  • Valid Means of Identification of 2 Trustees
  • BVN of the 2 Trustees
  • Proof of Business Address (Utility bill or Bank Statement not older than 6 (six) months).
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • CAC2 & CAC7
  • CAC Status Report
